Trend Forecasting: Creative team provides trend insights, which i use to create sketches and select fabrics that match the design intent.
Proto Sample: The tech pack sent to the vendor for the first prototype.
2. Trim & Graphic Sourcing
Trim Sourcing: Quality trims are sourced while the prototype is being made.
Graphic Direction: Collaborate with the creative team for graphic design alignment.
3. Fitting
First Fitting: Ensure the prototype fits as intended, with adjustments made before final production.
